The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published the 2-year CoC Program NOFO for the FY 2024 and FY 2025 Continuum of Care Competition. The NOFO authorizes homeless services organizations to apply for more than $3.5 billion in competitive funding to provide supportive services and housing programs for people experiencing homelessness.

The GIW (released 06.26. 24) is a record of all grants within the NYC CoC's geographic area that are eligible for renewal funding in the 2024 NOFO. Click here to learn more about the GIW. All renewal projects (including 2023 NOFO awardees) were required to approve their listing in the GIW (via survey) by 5pm on Wednesday, July 3rd (07.03.24).
If changes are required, a GIW Change Form must be submitted to HUD and the NYC CoC.
If a project intends to reallocate all or part of their grant, a formal letter must be submitted to the NYC COC.

The 2024 Annual Evaluation Scores have been published. This includes the results of the Local Priority Survey (LPS) and the HMIS scores combined. You can find more information on the Annual Evaluation page.
